GOODS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All goods are sold as shown on the websites, any goods receipt by you will be considered sold and not exchangeable or returnable.

If you are returning due to damaged or defective item and want an exchange, please contact our customer service at : 65-64548959 and fill in good return form. No goods shall be return without an approval from the company. All cost for the return of goods shall be borne by you. We will refund you money upon validation and confirmation of your returned goods. Proof of purchase or receipt must be presented. Goods sold for more than 5 days are not refundable. Goods exchange is only allowed for items with same or lower values.

All refunds will be by cheque or remittance to your bank. Beauty Face is not liable for any bank charges incurred for the refund.
