TERMS & CONDITIONS


Welcome to Beauty Face site (the "Site"). The words 'we', 'us' and 'Beauty Face' mean Beauty Face Wellness Spa Pte Ltd. The Site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Site (the "Agreement"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update and or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.


  1. SITE TRANSACTIONS


    We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


  2. RIGHT TO CHANGE SITE


    We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.

    We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  3. GENERAL ISSUES ABOUT THIS WEBSITE AND THE SERVICE


    3.1 Applicability of terms and conditions:


    Use of the Service and the Website and any Purchase are each subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.


    3.2 Age: To use the Website and/or the Service (whether with or without registration) and to make any Purchase, you must be 18 years of age or over.


    3.3 Place: The Website and the Service and any Purchase are directed solely at those who access the Website from Singapore. We make no representation that the Service (or any goods or services) are available or otherwise suitable for use outside of Singapore. If you choose to access the Website (or use the Service or make a Purchase) from locations outside Singapore, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for the consequences and for compliance with all applicable laws.


    3.4 Scope: The Website, Service and any Purchase are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, scraping of the Website (and hacking of the Website) is not allowed.


    3.5 Prevention on use: We reserve the right to prevent you using the Website and the Service (or any part of them) and to prevent you from making any Purchase.


    3.6 Equipment: The Service and use of the Website and the making of any Purchase does not include the provision of a computer or other necessary equipment to access the Website or the Service or making of any Purchase. To use the Website or Service or to make a Purchase, you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone costs, telecommunications costs or other costs that you may incur.

  4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS


    4.1 Register to purchase and earn rewards voucher: You do not need to Register to use much of the functionality of the Website or to access much of the Service. However, You must Register in order to make a Purchase or earn reward voucher from the Website. This is so that we can provide you with easy access to print your orders, view your past purchases and modify your preferences. We reserve the right to decline a new Registration or to cancel an account at any time.


    4.2 Registration details : To Register you need to supply us with your name, postcode, valid email address and possibly some other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for more details about this. Any accounts which have been registered with someone else’s email address or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their accounts if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.


    4.3 Closing accounts: We reserve the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple registration accounts, or if an non-SG user pretends to be a SG user, or disrupts the Website or the Service in any way.


    4.4 Multiple logons: If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken against all of your accounts.


  5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING


    Many products displayed on the Site are available for delivery within two weeks time. In the event stock is not available, we will inform you the earliest delivery time. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

    Delivery is free if your delivery is in Singapore and Malaysia. You are required to check the shipping cost if you are from other location. All duties and taxes will be fully borne by you. Beauty Face is not liable for any products that are hold for custom clearance for whatever reason. It is fully the buyer responsibility to make sure there is no problem in the custom clearance.

    All shipment is send based on the address information enter by you. Any receipt by the occupier of the address is deemed to be proof of delivery. We will not be liable for any wrong information provided by you.


  6. REWARD REDEMPTION


    We take all cares to provide the gifts as advertise. As we are unable to control the stock availability, we reserve the right to change the gifts for reward redemption by giving other equivalent value of gifts. The decision for the gift replacement is final and should not be disputed. All service voucher and beauty face cash vouchers are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

    1. All redemption should be within the validity date.
    2. Expired vouchers are not exchangeable or refundable
    3. All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
    4. Any excess value in the vouchers on redemption is not refundable or exchangeable.
    5. You may accumulate vouchers value to claim your gifts or service.

  7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES


    The Site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of Beauty Face and Beauty Face has no responsibility for the linked Web sites nor does the linking constitute an endorsement of any linked Web site by Beauty Face . Links are provided solely for the convenience and information of the site's users.


  8. INDEMNITY


    You shall indemnify us against each loss, liability or cost incurred by us arising out of:

    8.1 any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened against us by any person arising from:

    1. Your use of the voucher or Website;
    2. The use of a Voucher;
    3. The use of the Service or Website through your password; or
    8.2 any breach of this Agreement by you.


  9. DISCLAMIER


    The materials on the Site are provided to you on an "as is", and an "as available" basis. Beauty Face do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these materials and expressly disclaim any liability for any errors, omissions and/or inaccuracies in these materials. Beauty Face shall endeavor its best but is not obliged to correct any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or typographical errors in the information posted to the Site, and such information including information on pricing and availability of goods may be changed, amended or updated without notice.


  10. GOVERNING LAW


    All matters and issues relating to the use or interpretation of these Terms and conditions shall be governed by Singapore's laws.


  11. SECURITY


    The Site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, with credit card details and other information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties.


  12. TERMINATION


    These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Beauty Face. Beauty Face may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement.


  13. COPYRIGHT


    Unless otherwise noted, the Site, and all materials on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property in such materials (the "Contents"), are owned, and controlled by Beauty Face. The Site and the Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, sell or exploit in any way any of the Contents or the Site.

    Unless otherwise specified, the Site and the Contents are intended to promote Beauty Face products and services available in the Singapore and Malaysia. The Site is controlled and operated by Beauty Face from its office in Blk 20, Sin Ming Lane, #03-68, Singapore.
